Yo-LAB brings together the mental stillness of yoga and the dynamic movement of dance to create a wonderful opportunity for participants to learn to live in the present and let go of what is not serving them in their lives.
This programme has the potential to bring a sense of calmness to the busyness of life and to heal mental-emotional wounds caused by our distracted and overwhelmed minds.
Yo-LAB is a wonderful initiative that can help one to deal with the everyday stressors in our fast-paced world. Participants grow towards their full potential by learning how to BE … how to be human by simply being present.
Using yoga and dance to enrich our lives is an excellent avenue to achieve physiological, psychological and spiritual well-being.

Develop the "EYE” for an "I"
The Yo-LAB Adventure is a journey of self-inquiry towards self-leadership. Be guided on an inward navigation in search of the "EYE" that enables the "I" to reach its expanded state of being. Find the awesome “I” INSIDE.
Inner navigation and self-inquiry require us to challenge our popularly-held perceptions and beliefs. Probing deeply takes us to a place where rich inner resources abound and real answers to our personal questions are found.
ATTENTION, INTENTION, INSPIRATION ... BELIEF
Experience the joy and confidence that comes from trusting your personal compass. Retrieve control of the mind from its remote custodians (media and other people). Detach from and unburden the self of sensory distractions that limit your personal healing, and progress towards the discovery of your uniquely integrated being.
Enjoy the inspiration that comes from a renewed belief in your potential to lead yourself towards a happy, healthy, authentic life – of which you are so worthy.
Create the conditions for the seeds of your intent to inspire rich blossoms that produce sweet and succulent fruit.
When asked about what surprised him most about humanity, he answered :
“MAN. Because he sacrifices his health to make money to buy things he doesn't need to impress people he doesn't even like. Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health. He’s so anxious about the future that he doesn’t enjoy the present or the future.
He lives as though he is never going to die and then dies having never really lived.”

when what we need
is what we have.”

It’s what we do with what we have that counts.
Use your talents well.

“In the West, we’ve built this ship.
It has all the comforts but it doesn’t have a compass!”
YOU have a natural compass only its direction has been largely ignored.
It is popularly referred to as “intuition” or “intelligence” and, sometimes “inspiration”.
Your inner compass has become obscured by the strong lure of outer comforts at the expense of inner peace and tranquility, self-belief and self-leadership.
Think about it: “You can actually reach the WEST by going EAST”.
Know where you wish to go.
Allow yourself the opportunity to arrive at the sanctuary of the “NOW HERE” instead of going nowhere.
